Anne M. Carson is a Melbourne writer whose poetry has been published and broadcast widely and is involved in our Disappearing App. She writes poetry and prose for publication and broadcast. Most recently she organised the River Soiree as a fundraiser for the Yarra Riverkeepers. She has curated two programmes for PoeticA. In 2011 she won the Martha Richardson Poetry Prize and came equal first in the Stones Winery Poetry Prize. In 2013 she was commended at the Max Harris Poetry Competition and most recently, in 2014, she was longlisted in the inaugural Canberra University Vice Chancellor’s International Poetry Prize.
